The history of the Far\u00e7on<\/h3>\n

The arrival of chef Julien Machet in 2000 at Le Far\u00e7on gave a new energy to the restaurant, leading to a radical change in the menu in 2003, propelling the small traditional restaurant, formerly a cr\u00eaperie, towards new culinary horizons.
\nThe soul, passion and talent of the chef have taken Far\u00e7on off the beaten track and onto the path of the stars. In 2021, the restaurant celebrated the 15th anniversary of its Michelin star.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
