“After twenty years of exploring the gastronomy of Savoie, I needed to get back on the road, without denying my roots or who I am. The solution was in front of me.
Like a Savoyard peddler, my steps followed those of the passers-by of memory and knowledge, travelling across mountains and borders. From the lands of the former Duchy of Savoy, I brought back the best products to reinvent my cuisine.
In this exciting and sensory-rich project, the most subtle aromas of the Mediterranean meet the saffron of Hurtières or the beaufort of Ritord, in La Tania, for an unforgettable explosion of flavours.
